  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store is well organized and very clean. Nikki is an amazing groomer, and she can answer all of your pet-related questions. The store security/mascot ( aka Oinky the bulldog) is adorable! :-)

  They are transforming this store and it looks amazing so far!! They have very bubbly staff. I met a young woman with dark hair and the knowledge she shared with me was Incredibly helpful. She gave me a few laughs and she was incredibly with my Pit! Can't wait to bring him in for more spoiling

  I will NEVER bring my dog here again. I brought my dog here for grooming in September as my regular place was booked solid for weeks ahead. I was not able to get a quote over the phone when I booked her in. Not even a ballpark figure. When I dropped off my dog, she did NOT want to stay, and I had a bad feeling leaving her there, because my pup loves going to the other groomer I normally use. When I went to pick her up 1.5 hours later, I was given a total of $110.00 for the grooming service. I was rather shocked as the place I normally go costs way less (and is way nicer, more modern place) and the groomer made it seem as though this would be an easy job when I dropped her off. I complained about the price and the groomer told me it was because she had to spend extra time getting out some matting, and that there was nothing she could do about it. Then I complained to the store manager, and she gave me 10 dollars back. At first glance, when I picked her up, it had seemed that the groomer had done a good job, however when I got my dog home, she look like she'd been hacked all over. Bald spots all over her belly where the groomer had just shaved her rather than actually getting out any matting (which is the reason they provided that my price was higher). Then, a day later my dog started weeping green eye goop. She had caught an eye infection from here. So - another $100.00 spent on the vet visit and medication. Overpriced, unsanitary, and misleading. Do not bring your dog here.
