    Prior to your stay at Alderbrook RV Park, word of advice, Make VERY certain to get a receipts and keep them handy. Deposits, waitlists, record keeping, reservations, payments and post dated Cheques frequently get “lost” and the ownis will be on you to prove all financial transactions or PAY again.

    Heard from someone living there. That they have jacked up the monthly pad rent to $950.00 bucks per month and now demanding a $200.00 damage deposit. Guess the owner is getting greedy?? Or wants everybody out for some reason?? Glad to hear a lot of people are moving. Hopefully they will go out of business soon. Owner has forgotten his tennants homes have wheels. RV parks are exempt from rentalsmen rules. They can do what they please.

    Manager Tracey, is unprofessional, unreliable and extemely rude!

    The owner of this Park is ether unaware or simply uninterested in maintaining the integrity of this property. The Park is very poorly managed.
