    Friendly staff and fast service make this a great branch to go to. Been banking with Rbc for 20+ years and this is my favourite branch.

    This branch has the worst manager. She has no consideration for her customers. I walked out and went to another branch on the same day and got treated very well, even though she told me that all branches will do the same. I will never walk through their doors again. I've been an RBC customer for 30 years and considered pulling my business after the manager's treatment towards my needs.

    I agree with Trish P. I imagine I had to deal with the same branch manager. It is no wonder that when i walked in there the one day it was just me with no other customers. Any other bank there seems to be at least 2 or 3 people in line. The branch manager was rude within the first 30 seconds of talking to me. The tellers where great btw, i feel sorry for the employees that have her as a boss. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. This kind of rudely behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. I'd give it a 0 if i could
